
Assistant Manager - Employee Relations

Responsible for planning, organizing and executing employee engagement activities and internal company events to enhance employee morale, strengthen relationships within the organization, and promote a positive working culture. The role also supports internal communication and employee experience initiatives to improve overall engagement and workplace atmosphere.

Plan, organize and execute employee engagement activities, recreational programs, and company events throughout the year.
Develop creative activity concepts and campaigns that encourage employee participation and strengthen organizational culture.
Coordinate and manage company activities such as sports events, festive celebrations and wellness activities.
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution and effective communication.
Design and prepare internal communication materials, posters, announcements, presentation slides, and promotional media for company activities using computer applications or design tools.
Support internal communication channels to promote employee engagement and company initiatives.
Gather employee feedback and propose new ideas to improve employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
Manage event budgets, activity schedules, logistics, and post-event evaluations.
Act as a positive representative of HR to build good relationships and maintain a positive work environment.
Support other Employee Relations and HR activities as assigned.
คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Event Management, or related areas.
Experience in organizing company activities or employee events is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with service-minded attitude.
Creative thinker with the ability to initiate and develop engaging activities and campaigns.
Good coordination and project management skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple activities simultaneously.
Good personality, positive attitude, energetic, and approachable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and able to use design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or related applications for communication materials.
Able to work flexible hours or support activities outside normal working hours when required.
