Head of Franchise – Food Retail (U.S. Brands)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Franchise to lead the launch and growth of U.S. food franchise brands in Thailand. This role will drive market entry, franchise development, partner management, and operational success.

• Lead acquisition and rollout of U.S. food franchise brands in Thailand.

• Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies.

• Manage relationships with U.S. franchisors and Thai franchise partners.

• Oversee store launches, brand localization, and operational alignment.

• Build and lead the franchise development team.

• 10+ years in franchise or retail business development (F&B preferred).

• Proven experience with international franchise expansion.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and market insight.

• Fluent in Thai and English.
