The program has been designed to develop young talents through intensive training and on the job evaluation experience for future leadership roles in operation function.

• 3-5+ years of working experience.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, accounting, economics, food science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Digital natives; able to use technology effectively and easily.

• Passion for omni-channels.·

• Resilience: the ability to resist, absorb and recover from, or successfully adapt to diversity or change.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

• Mobility to work in upcountry is a must.

• Able to work 6 days/week and shift flexibly.
