AEC Regional Operations Team Lead

Operational Execution

• Supervise store floor operations across assigned locations including replenishment, picking, and shelf arrangement.

• Support monitoring of product availability, stock accuracy, and overall store readiness.

• Track basic operational performance and report issues to supervisors.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards during shifts.

Team Supervision & Workforce Management

• Support supervision of AEC workforce under guidance of store and area managers.

• Assist in task assignment, basic coaching, and daily team coordination.

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee engagement.

• Build positive relationships with Myanmar team members to support teamwork and productivity.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as a communication bridge between Thai management and AEC workforce for daily operations.

• Support translation of operational instructions, policies, and updates.

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth execution.

• Escalate operational concerns to line managers when necessary.

Process Compliance & Improvement

• Follow SOPs, company policies, and store standards consistently.

• Identify operational issues and provide suggestions for improvement.

• Support implementation of new initiatives and process changes.
