Associate Director - Central Replenishment

This Position is responsible for leading and managing the replenishment team to ensure the business’ replenishment needs are met in the most effective and efficient manner. Conduct management duties with replenishment teams to drive replenishment strategies and goals.

• Responsible for overseeing the work of team to ensure timely, effective and efficient replenishment of goods at DC and Stores.

• Responsible for ensuring stock days cover at DC and Stores are maintained within business targets.

• Provide direction, development, evaluation, coaching and leadership to subordinates.

• Enforce data-driven approach to forecasting and balancing Commercial “wants” with business needs.

• Enforce compliance to agreed operational service level agreements between Central Replenishment.

• Possess strong understanding of product group behaviours in response to seasons, festivals, customer demand patterns, price changes etc.

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Commercial and Central Replenishment teams.

• Act as subject matter expert and liaison between Central Replenishment, Supply Chain and Commercial.

• Oversee Central Replenishment team overall KPIs.

• Project assignments.

• Master or Bachelor in Business Administration or any related filed.

• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Retail Merchandising.

• Computer skills (MS office, advanced Excel, Word).

• Minimum work experiences required: 10 years of experience in replenishment and planning.

• Retail/wholesale industry knowledge and experience.

• Strong analytical skill and good sense of leadership and commercial understandings.

• Extensive understanding of supply and demand planning principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Business acumen, strategic planning and execution.

• Ability to lead and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. 

• Possess leadership skill and can lead a replenishment team.

• Able to partner and work effectively with a wide range of people from mid-management to senior executive levels.

• Strong Analytical skills and problem solving.
