
Department Manager - Corporate Sustainability (International)
Responsibilities
Draft/review sustainability related policy, action plan, and gap analysis.
Monthly monitor sustainability performances.
Providing technical input for improving sustainability performance.
Performing materiality assessment that reflects both corporate and stakeholder views.
Draft/review corporate sustainability report as well as, at group level, support preparing sustainability report of the group.
Plan, prepare, and response to ensure completion sustainability assurance by 3rd party assurer.
Plan, prepare, and response to corporate sustainability assessment or equivalence.
Being a company focal point for topic related with sustainability matter and coordinate with stakeholders.
Review and response to grievance / complain related with sustainability matter.
Qualifications
Advance university graduate in corporate sustainability program or program that focus on either economic or environmental or social dimensions.
Minimum 3 years of direct experience working on corporate sustainability or 5 years of experience working related with focus areas.
Experience or familiar with GRI standard, DJSI, CDP, UN SDGs, UNGP, UNGC, OECD, ASC, MSC, environmental footprint, NGOs are preferred.
