Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations cases such as employee complaints, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Provide consultation to management and supervisors on labor law and employee management in various situations.

  • Develop systems and preventive measures for labor issues, such as grievance processes and disciplinary frameworks.

  • Analyze employee-related trends such as turnover, misconduct, and engagement.

  • Communicate company policies effectively to ensure employee understanding and alignment.

  • Manage relationships with external parties (e.g., government agencies).

  • Support organizational change initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and practical application in different situations.

  • Understanding of the business impact of decisions.

Required Experience
