We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented PMO Manager to support key initiatives driven by management & executives. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across multiple business areas, where priorities may evolve in line with business direction. You will be responsible for turning directions into clear plans, coordinating execution, and ensuring progress across multiple projects simultaneously. The role suits someone who is hands-on, structured, and able to deliver high-quality outputs independently from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Project Portfolio Management & Oversight: Oversee and drive multiple concurrent projects across BIC and business units, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and timely delivery of key milestones.

  • Management-Driven Projects: Translate strategic directions into clear plans and drive end-to-end execution while ensuring alignment and progress across stakeholders.

  • Problem Structuring & Analysis: Break down business topics into structured approaches, conduct research and analysis, and develop practical recommendations.

  • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Align cross-functional teams and prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready materials to support decision-making.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and enhance efficiency across projects and business processes.

  • Meeting Management: Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensure pre-read readiness, document key discussions, and assign and monitor next steps.

  • Presentation Development: Support the team in structuring and developing executive-level presentations and dashboards, ensuring they are clear, insightful, and professional.

  • Urgent and Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Be available for last-minute requests and special assignments directly from senior executives, occasionally outside standard working hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

  • 3–6 years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or business development, preferably in retail, FMCG, or corporate environment.

  • Proven experience in managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong tracking, coordination, and follow-through skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and interpret data into actionable insights.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create clear, structured, and visually compelling slides for executive-level audiences.

  • High proficiency in Excel e.g., data analysis, structuring, tracking, and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different levels of stakeholders.
