Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with overall business goals.

  • Research and identify potential partners across industries, markets, and sectors.

  • Initiate discussions and negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing communication and alignment of objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and escalations.

  • Develop joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities that leverage the strengths of both parties.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and outcomes.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, outlining the value generated from partnerships.

  • Seek out innovative partnership models and emerging trends that could benefit our business.

  • Manage the budget allocated for partnership initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or related roles.

  • Experience of credit card marketing is the most preferable.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure partnership performance.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and identify emerging opportunities.

  • Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of partnerships.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
