Responsibilities
Participate in the recruitment and selection process for operational-level employees to ensure the organization hires high-quality staff.
Calculate wages, overtime payments, shift allowances, and personal income tax using a computerized system accurately and within the required timeframe.
Monitor employees’ working hours to evaluate performance, including:
Probationary performance evaluation
Annual performance evaluation
Manage and oversee employee wage structures, benefits, and all administrative tasks of the store. Provide guidance on compensation and benefits to HR staff to achieve the store’s objectives.
Supervise and allocate employee welfare, focusing on workplace safety and security.
Prepare and manage work shift schedules for staff within the department.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
3. Positive attitude with strong service-minded skills.
4. Experience in the retail business will be considered an advantage.
5. Flexible to work 6 days per week.
