Manager - Quality Control

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Quality Control to join our team at CP AXTRA PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes at our manufacturing facility in Wangnoi, Ayutthaya. This is a crucial position that ensures the high standards of our products and drives continuous improvement across our operations.

• Establish and implement quality control procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.

• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.

• Analyze quality data and generating reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Provide training and guidance to quality control personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices in quality management.

• Ensure the company's quality management system complies with relevant standards and certifications.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industries.

• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools.

• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation to drive data-driven decision making.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant industry standards.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of quality control personnel.

• Can do 6 day/week.
