
Marketing Specialist (Based in China)
Responsibilities
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns tailored to the China market.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as social media, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces in China.
Develop marketing content and communication aligned with brand positioning and local market insights.
Analyze campaign performance, online traffic, and consumer data to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct market research on China marketing trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
Support product launches, promotions, and online sales-driving activities.
Monitor brand presence and customer engagement across online platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
Experience in online / digital marketing, preferably with exposure to the China market.
Strong understanding of China digital ecosystem (e.g. social platforms, e-commerce, online marketing tools).
Knowledge of Chinese consumer behavior and local marketing practices.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and insights.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and in a cross-cultural environment.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred; English proficiency is required.
