Marketing Specialist (Based in China)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns tailored to the China market.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as social media, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces in China.

  • Develop marketing content and communication aligned with brand positioning and local market insights.

  • Analyze campaign performance, online traffic, and consumer data to improve effectiveness and ROI.

  • Conduct market research on China marketing trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to deliver marketing initiatives on time.

  • Support product launches, promotions, and online sales-driving activities.

  • Monitor brand presence and customer engagement across online platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.

  • Experience in online / digital marketing, preferably with exposure to the China market.

  • Strong understanding of China digital ecosystem (e.g. social platforms, e-commerce, online marketing tools).

  • Knowledge of Chinese consumer behavior and local marketing practices.

  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and insights.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Able to work independently and in a cross-cultural environment.

  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred; English proficiency is required.
