Responsibilities

  • Align project scopes with CEO and plans on project management activities, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and driving the project through collaborating with the related parties to ensure end-to-end deliver of the CEO projects.

  • Identifying and managing risks associated with each project and providing recommendations to mitigate them.

  • Providing an on-demand data-driven insights and analysis to support CEO decision making.

  • Monitoring the progress of each project, providing the CEO with timely updates.

  • Design and deliver relevant company dashboards and presentations for a range of internal and external communications and stakeholder management.

  • Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation and provide budget outline to CEO.

  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.

  • Undertake regular research on industry trends, competitors benchmarking to provide industry updates and insights for the CEO.

  • Attend meetings with the CEO and on behalf of the CEO and provide support such as capturing meeting notes and actions require, with follow up for the CEO.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

  • At least 3 years of experience in PMO, strategic planning, project management, or a similar role in a corporate environment or in a consulting firm

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business dynamics and market trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools as Jira, Mira

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.

  • Excellent both Thai & English Languages
