
PMO - CEO Office
Responsibilities
Align project scopes with CEO and plans on project management activities, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and driving the project through collaborating with the related parties to ensure end-to-end deliver of the CEO projects.
Identifying and managing risks associated with each project and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
Providing an on-demand data-driven insights and analysis to support CEO decision making.
Monitoring the progress of each project, providing the CEO with timely updates.
Design and deliver relevant company dashboards and presentations for a range of internal and external communications and stakeholder management.
Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation and provide budget outline to CEO.
Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
Undertake regular research on industry trends, competitors benchmarking to provide industry updates and insights for the CEO.
Attend meetings with the CEO and on behalf of the CEO and provide support such as capturing meeting notes and actions require, with follow up for the CEO.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in PMO, strategic planning, project management, or a similar role in a corporate environment or in a consulting firm
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business dynamics and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools as Jira, Mira
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
