Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the Butchery Department to achieve sales and profit targets while maintaining high standards of product display and stock control.
Supervise and coordinate with receiving staff to ensure all meat products are delivered on time, meet quality and temperature standards, and comply with hygiene and packaging requirements.
Collaborate with the Fresh Food Manager to plan product layouts and in-store space utilization according to seasonal demands.
Monitor and control product shrinkage by coaching staff on proper product handling, and implement strategies such as product modification or markdowns to optimize stock efficiency.
Continuously develop and improve display standards, stock management, and team performance to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or store management.

Proven leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Fresh Food management will be an advantage.
Able to work on shift schedules, 6 days per week, with non-fixed weekends off.
