
Senior Manager – Marketing Communication
Responsibilities
Communication Strategy & Campaign Leadership
• Lead the strategic planning and development of integrated communication campaigns that align with corporate priorities and business growth goals.
• Translate business and corporate strategies into clear, compelling communication frameworks that resonate with all target groups.
• Develop holistic campaign roadmaps, including messaging architecture, content pillars, and media strategy, ensuring seamless alignment across all touchpoints.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from strategic briefing and concept development to rollout and post-campaign review.
• Guide and approve all creative outputs to maintain strategic clarity, visual consistency, and brand integrity while ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery with audience-first thinking in all communication initiatives.
• Lead content planning and production, ensuring consistent application of brand tone, visual identity, and messaging guidelines across all touchpoints.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
• Collaborate with media to optimize media mix, budgeting, and campaign performance.
Market Analysis & Insights
• Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to guide campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance to refine strategy and execution.
Budget & Vendor Management
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, or media, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role
• Proven experience in leading integrated campaigns and content strategies for large organizations or brands
• Strong background in media planning and performance evaluation
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Strategic thinker with strong creative judgment and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
