Responsibilities
Participate in structured rotations across commercial departments.
Support commercial teams in analyzing business data and driving insights.
Work on high-impact projects to accelerate omnichannel retail growth.
Learn to think and operate as data-driven professionals with a commercial mindset.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders through structured storytelling.
Build skills needed to progress into roles such as Demand Planner, Supply Planner, Logistics Analyst, Warehouse Operations Supervisor, and Transport Coordinator.
Qualifications
New graduates’ degree (0–2 years) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related fields
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Interest in supply chain technology, automation, forecasting tools, and digital innovation
Effective communicator with a growth mindset
Language proficiency (English is required; Mandarin/Korean is an advantage)
