หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Lead Tier 1 Partner Support operations (inbound & outbound).
Define and manage SLA and performance KPI'S.
Design and execute proactive supplier engagement strategy.
Analyze supplier feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with buyers, Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.
Develop supplier training and onboarding programs.
Manage team performance and capacity planning.
คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
7-10 years' experience in Customer/Partner Support Shared Services/ BPO environment.
3-5 years of Team Management experience.
Strong understanding of invoice and payment processes.
Retail/ FMCG/ E-commerce experience preferred.
Strong communication skills (Thai-English).
