Responsibilities

  • Lead Tier 1 Partner Support operations (inbound & outbound).

  • Define and manage SLA and performance KPI'S.

  • Design and execute proactive supplier engagement strategy.

  • Analyze supplier feedback and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with buyers, Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.

  • Develop supplier training and onboarding programs.

  • Manage team performance and capacity planning.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years' experience in Customer/Partner Support Shared Services/ BPO environment.

  • 3-5 years of Team Management experience.

  • Strong understanding of invoice and payment processes.

  • Retail/ FMCG/ E-commerce experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills (Thai-English).
