Manage the merchandising process during new store openings for an assigned department.
Manage the interior sign process during new store openings and ensure compliance with corporate direction.
Manage special projects such as merchandise remodels, department resets, and fixture remodels.
Manage temporary workers during the new store merchandising process.
Train the store staff on current stocking and merchandising standards and best practices.
Assist in developing merchandise department flow plans for all new stores.
Identify and implement new and innovative methodologies to improve current processes and practices.
Develop strong working relationships with corporate partners, field teams and temporary workers.
Communicate any issues, delays, or concerns and ensure productive execution of all merchandising projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Architect or related field
Experience with planograms, floor plans and CAD drawings
Solid understanding of in-store merchandising and marketing strategies
Ability to manage projects, budgets, and teams
Organization and planning skills
Team-building skills
Communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to travel and work flexibly
